Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The private beach access with chairs, umbrellas, and loungers was a real plus, but the dated rooms stuck in the 70s/80s and the noise from outside, especially near the children's area, were definite drawbacks. The day staff was helpful, but the night staff was lacking. However, switching to a quieter, more modern room improved the stay, and the continental breakfast was a great start to the day.
Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience due to its prime location right on the beach and close to dining options. The rooms offer a bright and beautiful view of the Bay, although some amenities like air conditioning and soap were lacking. The service was a mixture of language barriers with the cleaning staff but redeemed by a warm and efficient receptionist. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
